Local Storage differs from traditional cookies in an important way: the information is never transmitted automatically to our servers. It remains on your device and is only readable by the code running on our pages. This means no third-party service can access it, and no one other than you can read what is stored.

You can clear all locally stored data at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will remove your bag contents and subscription state, but will not affect any pending order or customer account.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

Due to the artisan nature of our curated inventory, item availability is subject to stock limits. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

Where a product sells out before your order can be fulfilled, we will contact you promptly to arrange a substitute, a backorder, or a full refund. We do not accept payment for items we cannot supply.

Where pricing has been displayed incorrectly on the site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund before dispatch.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been authorised and stock has been allocated. Payment is processed through our PCI-compliant provider, and we do not store card details on our servers.

Where a customer suspects fraudulent activity on their account, they should contact us immediately so we can freeze the order and coordinate with the payment provider.

4. Shipping & Risk

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Where a shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will coordinate a resolution with the courier.

5. Returns & Cancellation

Returns are accepted within 30 days on unused items in their original packaging. Special-order items, personalised products, and made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned unless defective. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Limitation of Liability

DAILYSMARTCART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our store.

This limitation does not affect statutory rights or product liability provisions that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DAILYSMARTCART is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any additional protections provided by local consumer law.
